Conditions

  1. The Small Press Exchange offers advertising and other promotional opportunities for those books which you choose not to submit for review. 
  2. Books submitted for review will not be returned, and become the property of The Small Press Exchange. In general, reviewers will be permitted to keep any books that they review should they wish to do so.
  3. Books are accepted for review without any implied or explicit guarantee that reviews will appear on The Small Press Exchange. We attempt to place books with reviewers experienced in the relevant genre, but may not be able to place the book appropriately. Additionally, the volume of books submitted for review may prevent inclusion of all titles.
  4. Wherever possible, we will attempt to publish reviews on The Small Press Exchange as close as possible to the release date of each book. However, we make no guarantees about timing of reviews.

By submitting books to The Small Press Exchange, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
