G'Day Small Pressers,

I've submitted a couple of sci-fi/fantasy related pieces to the news section today, namely an interview with Legend author Barry Maher and an article from ABC en_title_d "New age for Australian horror".

The Australian horror piece is pretty cool, providing some insight into Shadowed Realms -- a really good online horror flash fiction magazine. There's a few reviews around about it, check one out here (that one is for Horrorscope—an Australian horrow fiction weblog.

By accepting overseas contributions and distributing overseas these authors and publishes are building a bridge between the burgeoning US and UK horror small press scene. It certainly horror illustrates that the horror scene is alive and kicking down under.
