Well, my connection to writing is mostly academic. What I've written is not fit to publish, methinks. But I love the written word and enjoy teaching English literature and conversation in a suburb of Seoul, Korea.

As far as this site is concerned, I found my way here through poets.org early on (five or six months ago). The site is run by the fine folks at Ahadada Books and, because generally like what they are up to (lots of interesting writers) I enjoy helping out here, albeit in a limited capacity (by time that is).

For a guy who likes to read, being overseas is difficult, so I consume a lot of online writing—that's what made me initially discover Ahadada and other presses like Xpressed—they publish lots of stuff online that can be printed out. Makes for good reading in a country where Engish texts (especially poetry) are difficult to find.
