Interesting. The outcome becomes all the more interesting when one considers the consequences this has for publishing print-on-demand or electronic books. I always assumed it was the LOC's job to ensure it calaloged pretty much all that was written in the US. But I can understand why it would be hesitatnt to do so.[/u]
