Hi everybody, I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself since I have just joined. My name is Jeremy Lowdney and I am an ebook publisher and designer _base_d out of North Carolina. I know, I couldn't have picked a more saturated field to concentrate on, but it is what I enjoy.

I also enjoy photography and use photos to help out in eBook cover design. I shoot with an outdated Sony F828 that has served me very well since I purchased it in 2005. It was my first camera that had more than one button...and darned if it didn't expect me to know what they all did. I have grown from a wet behind the ears picture taker into a bit more capable picture creator with this camera. And of course, it helps that I can incorporate these hobbies together.

I hope to both learn and educate during my stay here. I truly believe that forums like this are a give an take operation. For every bit of information that I learn, I want to contribute something as well.

I'll be pretty quiet until I get the feel for the board, but I promise that I will chime in after I get a feel for the place.
