Am trying to find the _title_ and author of a couple of books i read back in high school — a while ago! They were sci-fi/fantasy.

The plot was basically revolved around college kids who were playing Dungeons & Dragons and ended up inhabiting the fictional world. When inhabiting this world, they also became their characters.

Sort of a Narnia-type plot. I think the author's name started with either a W or Z....but i could be wrong.

Any help woould be greatly appreciated as i would like to finish reading all of the series!
