I was expecting a Gutenberg Bible or something. Anyone (who's rich) can trim a book with jewels.

Great way to start another Russian Revolution—show how obscenely wealthy Russian oligarchs are by making something so gaudy as a $3mill diamond encrusted book for sale while most of the country struggles to get enough to eat each day.
