My Quark 6.1 will not upgrade to 6.5. I I get an "1008:5,-5000 Access denied error" and it say I do "not have enough access privileges" when I run the installer. I get this error when the installer is about 60% installed.

I'm the admin for the machine so I should be able to install the update. I tried making another user and installing it but that did not work either.

Anyone have this issue and can shed some light or give me things to try that would be great.
